Apple salad

Ingredients:
Amount Measure Preparation Method

2 large apples diced and pared
1/2 cup celery diced
1/4 cup raisins
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon mayo reduced calorie
8 lettuce leaves

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except lettuce; mix well Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve on Lettuce Leaves, optional of course.
